Fragments
2024 - Screenwriter, Co-editor
Fragments a Postmodern style film, revolves around a protagonist experiencing heartbreak. In the hopes of forgetting her ex-partner, she burns old film rolls of their memories to relive and say goodbye to. The narrative becomes fragmented and nonlinear as each time the protagonist burns a piece of film, she is transported back to the memory. The concept of time becomes blurred, and the protagonist and audience are taken on a confused journey down memory lane. Throughout the film, I incorporated elements of postmodernism and meta-narratives to craft the story.
